    Great article, thank you! In my opinion, point 6. is not so relevant, maybe I am wrong, but what should common custumer answer? Good design? Site speed? Maybe it would be better to include someting more specific, like if they have product to sell, tangible or not, or do they need some other specific features, like membership, live chat, or anything else. What about hosting, do they have domain name, etc.
